* The remaining 50 % can be paid within one year after the first installment without interest - the first from the deferred installments should be paid with in a month after the 50% payment
or with Fort Noks deferred payments:
Up to 3 years deferred payment with 6,3% annual interest;
* In case of 100% payment at signing the preliminary contract – 5% discount of the purchase price
