On the territory of the complex are situated the following facilities:

The people, having bought apartments in the building group RIVIERA FORT BEACH pay an anual fee, which is spent for:

- Maintenance of the territory of the complex
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
- Maintenance of the swimming pools
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex
- Year round security
- Using of the swimming pools
- Electric lighting of the common territories
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building

The fee is in amount of 6.90 Euro per square meter per year + VAT 20%.

By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:

- cleaning of the apartments all year round
- repairs of the apartments
- payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc./
- rent-a-car
- furnishing of the apartments
- cable TV and telephone
- other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in RIVIERA FORT BEACH
